Best ICT Indicator Pack for MT4 – Free Download

ICT (Inner Circle Trader) trading isn’t a single indicator — it’s a framework of 5 interlocking concepts. Order Blocks for entry zones. Fair Value Gaps for entry precision. Liquidity Zones for stop-hunt context. Market Structure for trend phase. Breaker Blocks for post-reversal entries.

Most ICT indicator packs you’ll find online cost $50-300/month. Mine are free. Below is the complete pack ranked by primacy in the framework, the setup template I run, and the read-the-chart workflow that brings them together.

ICT Pack Comparison Table

ICT indicators comparison table ranking the ICT toolkit (OB, FVG, Breaker, Liquidity, MS)

The 5 ICT indicators with their primary role in the framework.

1. Order Block — The Entry Zone

The single highest-utility ICT tool. Identifies institutional positioning zones (last opposing candle before impulse). Trade retests in the trend direction; pair with FVGs and structure for confluence.

Role in framework: Primary entry signal.
Best timeframe: H1 / H4.
Pair with: Market Structure (for context) + FVG (for precision).

Full review: Order Block Indicator MT4.

2. FVG (Fair Value Gap) — Entry Precision

3-candle ICT imbalance. Mathematically precise pattern; high fill rate. Best used as lower-timeframe entry trigger within higher-timeframe OB bias.

Role in framework: Entry-timing precision.
Best timeframe: M5 / M15 / H1.
Pair with: Order Block (for confluence).

Full review: FVG Indicator MT4.

3. Liquidity Zone — The Stop-Hunt Layer

Detects clusters of equal swing extremes (where retail stops cluster). The pre-condition for many ICT setups: institution sweeps liquidity, then reverses. Without liquidity context, you’ll mis-read normal stop hunts as bullish/bearish breakouts.

Role in framework: Stop-hunt + reversal context.
Best timeframe: H1 / H4.
Pair with: Market Structure + Order Block.

Full review: Liquidity Zone MT4.

4. Market Structure — The Trend Phase

HH/HL/LL/LH labels with BOS/CHoCH detection. Tells you what trend phase you’re in and when it’s flipping. Foundational — every other ICT signal needs structural context.

Role in framework: Trend phase + regime change identification.
Best timeframe: H1 / H4.
Pair with: Order Block + Liquidity.

Full review: Market Structure MT4.

5. Breaker Block — The Reversal Entry

Polarity-flipped order blocks after Break of Structure. Trade these for post-CHoCH reversal entries when you want defined-risk entries on the structural level that just flipped.

Role in framework: Post-reversal entry zone.
Best timeframe: H1 / H4.
Pair with: Market Structure (for BOS confirmation).

Full review: Breaker Block MT4.

The Full ICT Setup Template

The MT4 template I run for ICT trading on H1 charts:

  • Price chart with no overlays except the indicators below
  • FOB_OrderBlock — apply with default 200-bar lookback
  • FOB_FVG — apply with hide-filled = true
  • FOB_LiquidityZone — apply with default tolerance
  • FOB_MarketStructure — apply with 5-bar swing default
  • FOB_BreakerBlock — apply (only displays after BOS confirms)

That stack handles every ICT setup variation. The visual density is heavy — embrace it. With practice, your eye filters to the relevant signals automatically.

The ICT Workflow

Step 1: Read structure. Look at Market Structure labels. What phase are you in — uptrend (HH+HL), downtrend (LL+LH), or transition? Counter-trend signals get filtered out.

Step 2: Identify liquidity. Check for buy-side and sell-side liquidity pools. Where are retail stops likely sitting? Those pools are magnets.

Step 3: Wait for liquidity grab + reversal. When price sweeps a liquidity pool with a wick and the candle closes back through, that’s the institution completing their setup.

Step 4: Find the OB or breaker. After the liquidity grab, look for a fresh OB (or a breaker after CHoCH) at a logical retracement target. That’s your entry zone.

Step 5: Wait for FVG or rejection candle. Use FVG as lower-TF entry trigger inside the OB zone. Or wait for a clean rejection candle at the OB level.

Step 6: Execute. Stop beyond the OB extreme. Target opposing structure. Manage with structure-based trail.

What’s Not in the Pack (and Why)

Premium-imbalance / power-of-three indicators — these are ICT vocabulary marketing. The actual signal is captured by FVGs and OBs together. No need for separate tools.

Optimal-trade-entry (OTE) indicators — these are basically a Fibonacci 62-79% zone with ICT branding. Use the standard Auto-Fib indicator for the same function at no learning-curve cost.

Killzone / session indicators — useful but not S/R; they belong in a session-clock category, not an ICT pack.

Frequently Asked Questions

What’s the most important ICT indicator?

Market Structure. Without trend phase context, every other ICT signal is unreliable. Master structure reading first.

Are these indicators free?

Yes — all 5 are free downloads. Premium ICT tool subscriptions cost $50-300/month for equivalent functionality.

Do I need all 5?

Realistically, yes — they interlock. You can start with OB + Structure for the simplest setup, but the full edge requires the complete framework.

What’s the difference between this pack and the Smart Money Concept pack?

The SMC pack consolidates 4 of these (OB + FVG + Liquidity + MS) into a single configurable indicator. Use the SMC pack for cleaner chart visuals; use the individual indicators when you want maximum control over each.

Best timeframe for ICT trading?

H1 and H4. Lower timeframes have too many low-quality signals; daily charts work for swing setups but signals are too rare for active trading.
